E3 NEWS: WII U EXCLUSIVE BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY ARMORED EDITION ANNOUNCED

During this morning’s Nintendo All Access conference Warner Bros. Interactive Entetainment took the stage to show off the Wii U exclusive Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition. 

Gamers can revisit the world of Arkham City in a whole new way with the Wii U’s gamepad bringing a different experience with unique controls and enhanced gameplay.  There’s also a new B.A.T. mode (Battle Armored Tech) as well as armored suits for Batman and Catwoman.

Fans can become the Dark Knight like never before with the upgraded battle suit that gives players an additional power-up by allowing them to build kinetic energy during combat.  When activated, players enter B.A.T. mode and dole out more damage than previously possible.

Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition is scheduled to release sometime during the Wii U’s inital launch window.
