Our good friend Moley over at Mole Hill Designs has been playing with his laser cutter again and has made us some stunning goodies to show off to everyone. Aren’t they fantastic?!
The big blue box with Nico on it is designed to hold Magic card decks…but since neither Zelly or XC play Magic, we’ll be using it for business card storage instead :D
The white box with ‘Team Neko’ written on top of it is actually far too small to store anything in, but it’s super adorable and might be of use to store something one day.
The other blue box with ‘Zellys secret stash’ written on it is being used to store the two pairs of earrings and guitar pick in at the moment.
You may also remember that he was also kind enough to make us our Team Neko badges for Amecon this year too.
We can’t recommend him enough! And we look forward to seeing what other wonderful designs and ideas he comes up with in future!

Giant Extra Life Monitor by *tavington
So I challenged myself to make a giant monitor from Sonic the Hedgehog
Some of you may remember the small 5 inch ones I made from last year, with a total of 18 designs
Well, NOW I CAN MAKE THEM GIANT!
This bad boy stands at a massive 18 inches high, made from high quality fleece and is filled with a mixture of polyester filling and polystyrene pellets for the base (like the kind you get in bean bags) and is surprisingly light for its size. It can stand up freely without support.
The screen is made from a printable cotton material, embroidered around the edges.
The buttons themselves are felt and cotton, embroidered separately and hot glued to the screen.
I can also make these on commission with sound effects. A small voice box can play the 1-up theme when the red button is pressed!

Bought Sonic Jump this morning for the iPhone. Not a bad game for £1.49 actually. It’s a much harder game than it looks though XD
